1. Responsible person and scope

This policy explains how information is handled when you use PolyCost 3D, a Polygonia tool for estimating 3D printing costs and prices.

The responsible person is Jose Devera · Valentina Alegria. Contact polygonia.support@deirk.com for privacy questions and support. This policy covers Android app version 0.8.0, identified as com.polygonia.polycost3d, and this information page as described below.

2. Information you use in the app

Calculations run on your device. The app uses the values you enter to calculate results, remember your settings and let you review your quotes:

• Job, product, part and material names.
• Prices, quantities, colors, usage, print times and product counts.
• Electricity, wear, maintenance, failed-print allowances and profit margin settings.
• Extras, UV coating, measurements, volume, density and painting options.
• Results, optional final prices, saved quotes, language, currency and initial setup status.

This information is saved in the app's private storage on your phone. It is not automatically sent to Jose Devera · Valentina Alegria, Polygonia or a server operated by us. The app does not request or analyze 3D files.

3. Accounts, permissions and tracking

PolyCost 3D works without creating an account or signing in. This version does not include third-party advertising, analytics tools, tracking SDKs, payments or donation processing.

It does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone or your files to calculate quotes. It does not use advertising identifiers. The calculator and quote history work offline.

4. Sharing you choose and support

When you use Share quote, Android lets you choose an app and a recipient. The summary may include the job name, its components and quote amounts. This transfer starts only when you choose it. The information you share is also subject to the practices of the app or service you select. Deleting a quote in PolyCost 3D does not delete copies you have shared.

If you email polygonia.support@deirk.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support. You do not need to send your complete catalog, customer quotes or sensitive information to ask for help. Email is processed through the provider used to operate that support mailbox.

5. Storage and security

Local information is isolated by Android's private app storage mechanisms. The current configuration excludes app preferences from Android cloud backup and device transfer. The app does not provide its own synchronization or backup service.

We do not claim that the records have additional encryption implemented by the app. Device security, screen locks and operating system safeguards also matter. No storage method can guarantee absolute protection against a compromised device or unauthorized access.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device while you keep the installation and do not delete it. You can delete quotes from the history. Editing or removing a material from the catalog does not change rate snapshots already included in saved quotes.

To remove all local data, use Android Settings → Apps → PolyCost 3D → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Option names may vary by phone. This removes your configuration, materials and quotes. We cannot restore them from a server.

Support messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. They are not used for marketing campaigns. You can request their deletion by contacting the privacy address; any legally required retention will be explained in our response.

7. Google Play, Android and external services

Google Play and Android may process information about distribution, updates, statistics or app diagnostics under their own terms, policies and settings. This is separate from the local storage of your materials and quotes.

This version of PolyCost 3D does not include an analytics or error-reporting SDK operated by us. We do not sell your quote data or automatically send it to advertisers. If future versions add accounts, synchronization, advertising, donations or other services that change this handling, the information will be updated before those features are enabled.

8. This page and communications

The code of these legal pages does not use cookies, browser storage, forms, analytics or assets loaded from external providers. Fonts and illustrations are included in the HTML itself.

When you visit the page, the hosting provider and your browser may process your IP address and technical information needed to deliver the content and protect the service, subject to the hosting configuration and policies. Those logs are not added to your local quotes. Opening an email link uses your email app and does not send a message until you choose to send it.

9. Your choices and rights

You can view and change the values you enter, delete your quotes and clear local storage. The responsible person has no remote access to that data and cannot change or recover it for you.

For information you have sent through support, you may request access, correction, deletion or exercise other rights available under applicable law by emailing polygonia.support@deirk.com. We will verify only the information needed to handle the request.

The app does not request ages or information specifically about children. If you are a minor, consult your parent or guardian before sending us personal information by email.

10. Changes and contact

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. Material changes to information handling will be communicated appropriately before the new processing begins. Publishing an update does not turn continued app use into permission for data uses that require your consent.

1. The tool and its use

PolyCost 3D is a Polygonia app offered by Jose Devera · Valentina Alegria. It helps estimate costs and prices for filament and resin printing, extras, UV coating and painting. These terms describe the use of version 0.8.0.

You may use the tool for personal or professional projects in accordance with these terms and applicable law. No account is required. These terms do not replace your agreements with your customers or create a contract between Polygonia and those customers.

2. Results and the values you enter

Results are estimates calculated from the values you enter. Their usefulness depends on the accuracy of your prices, usage, times, units and configuration. Review the breakdown before sending a quote or setting a final price.

Your profit margin and optional final price are your decisions. Amounts do not automatically include taxes, commissions or other costs you have not entered. Changing the currency only changes how amounts are displayed: it does not convert currencies or retrieve exchange rates.

The app does not measure models, open 3D files, slice models or determine whether a print is technically feasible. UV coating and painting features calculate costs; they are not safety instructions for handling resins or other products.

3. Your information and quotes

You retain rights to the information you enter and the summaries you generate. These terms do not grant Polygonia commercial exploitation rights over your quotes.

Data is stored locally and you can change or delete it using the app and Android controls. Saved quotes keep a copy of the rates used; changing general settings does not automatically change those records. Sharing a quote creates a copy outside the app under your control and that of the recipient.

This version does not include cloud synchronization or cloud backup. Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes local data. Preserve results you need through your own means before taking those actions.

4. License and Polygonia identity

You may install and use the app for its intended purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, Polygonia or PolyCost 3D names, Pixi, illustrations or other graphic elements.

Do not present a modified copy as the official app or use Polygonia's identity to imply an endorsement that does not exist. Third-party libraries, fonts and components retain their respective licenses; licenses included with the app remain applicable. Nothing in these terms restricts uses allowed by law or by those licenses.

5. Availability and app changes

The app may receive fixes, improvements and compatibility updates. We do not guarantee that every version will work on every device or that a future feature will be released by a particular date.

Version 0.8.0 does not include subscriptions, purchases, donation payments, user accounts or third-party advertising. A message about future donations does not initiate a payment or create an obligation to contribute. Any future paid feature will have specific information and terms before you use it.

6. Limitations and rights that remain

The tool supports your calculations. We do not guarantee that an estimate will produce a particular profit or include every cost of a job. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for business decisions based solely on incorrectly or incompletely entered values.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affect mandatory consumer or data protection rights. They do not impose an exclusive venue or displace mandatory rules that apply to you.

7. Privacy and third-party terms

Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Google Play downloads and updates, Android and apps you choose for sharing have their own terms. These PolyCost 3D terms do not replace those services' terms.

8. Changes and contact

Updates will be published with an updated date. If a change requires specific acceptance under applicable law, that acceptance will be requested before the change applies. You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time.
